Day 18 & 19

Day 18 – 20 miles (32km)Cruisy day leaving Big Bear ended up at a camp near the river called Little Bear Springs Camp. No bears thank goodness. But I did meet a couple kiwis.

Terrain was very rocky then sandy, definitely felt like I was in a western movie.Day 19 – 20 miles (32km)
today’s walk followed Deep Creek River, it was an amazing canyon with deep pools of water. Reminded me of Bindi and I in Mexico nearly 30 years ago🥰Tortilla, Tabouli, salami stick and hot sauce (Alexandra pinched for me from Taco Bell)Past the 300 mile mark today (480km). That’s over 10% of the way to Canada!!Heading out today I was trying to make it to the hot springs. I’m told it’s a nudist spot, (or a bath for hiker trash lol) But my shoulders got the better of me and I found a little spot near a beautiful river.
