Short walk today, but I needed it. Man in aulberge came through to wake last people at 7am. My friends were laughing as they told me he put his phone near my head with a rooster sound and I still didn’t flinch. Standard joke now how fast Irena walks and how solid she sleeps (thanks to my super earplugs) I was tired today and very cold 3 degrees. So I put my head phones on with hat coat and gloves and just powered off.
Funny watching pilgrims hobble into town. Got to alburgue at 1pm so had first hot shower for awhile, washed n dried all my clothes. Realised I have worn same black pants for 20 days straight (washed them twice) hope to get shirts out in next few days.
Another amazing meal with the Italians. We pay €3 each and that includes a couple bottles of wine. A very festive atmosphere in alburgue tonight as their was a celebration going on.
